Oxford Folk Weekend - Saturday 21st April: We will be dancing again
at this popular folk weekend. Look out for us (and loads of other sides) all over the city.
May Morning - Painswick Beacon - Tuesday 1st May - 5:30am: the official start to the morris dancing season. As usual, we will be on top of Painswick Beacon at sunrise and will be
joined by our friends Gloucestershire Morris Men and Miserden Morris. Come and help us welcome in the summer - the sunrise really is beautiful up there!
Osset Beer Cart Festival - Wakefield - Fri-Sun 1st-3rd
June: Our first time dancing at this beer cart festival. We'll have to do our best not to lose our legs!
Mr Hemmings Day of Dance - Abingdon - Saturday 7th July: Our year would not
be complete without this annual day of dance. So many sides, so little time...
Bridport Folk Festival - Bridport - Fri-Sun 27th-29th
July: We're really looking forward to taking part in this second annual folk festival in the beautiful county of Dorset.
Sidmouth Folk Festival - Sunday 5th August - Sidmouth
promenade: Our yearly trip to involve ourselves in the legend which is Sidmouth. We can't wait!
Windsor Morris Day of Dance - Windsor - Saturday 15th
September: Another day of dance, this time in the home of all things royal. Will we get to have tea with the Queen? You'll have to come along and find out!
Stroud Folk Weekend - Stroud - Saturday 22nd
September: Another staple of our dancing year, and always masses of fun, with sides from all around the county and further afield dancing up and down our small town.
Stroud Goodwill Evening - Stroud - Friday 7th
December 2018: A Stroud tradition designed to bring the local community together and get us all in the mood for Christmas. Come and watch us puff our way through the procession
(Stroud is hilly, you know!)
We're 40 years old next year! We'll be celebrating with a weekend of dance: Friday-Sunday 28th-30th June 2019. Get the dates in your
diary and look out for more information nearer the time.

Our official dancing season runs from May to September, but as you can see, we don't sit on our laurels! We recruit and practice all year round, so if you're interested in

We offer a fabulous opportunity for women of all ages to dust off their dancing shoes and have a go at our national dance. We promise fun, friendship and frolicks! No obligation
to join, just come along and have a go.
