  • Stroud Goodwill Evening - Friday 3rd December 2021: This event has become a popular staple of Stroud's pre-Christmas celebrations.  Despite absences due to Covid we danced all around Stroud Town Centre including up the High Street!
  • Jack in The Green - Friday 29th April to Monday 2nd May 2022.  This event really set us up for the summer season dancing at this truly British May Day celebration, held annually in Hastings. Check out our photographs and the links below. https://www.sussexexpress.co.uk/news/people/hastings-jack-in-the-green-in-pictures-3678079

  • Bradford-on-Avon Green Man festival- Saturday 14th May 2022. We joined 73 other dance troupes and sides in what the organisers describe as the largest event of its type in the country. We had a great time in the sunshine meeting sides familiar and new.
  • Nailsworth Festival - Saturday 21st May 2022, 12.00 noon. CANCELLED We were  looking forward to dancing at the festival this year, however, due to Covid-19 infections we are unable to attend.  The festival will still be happening and well worth a visit.
  • Bampton Morris Day of Dance - Saturday 4th May 2022, 6.30pm at The Morris Clown.  We had a wonderful evening with Bampton Morris. They had been dancing all day but still had the energy for a few more dances with us. Thank you.
  • Dance out with Ragged & Old- Wednesday 8th June 2022 8pm.  The Crown, Frampton Mansell. Ragged and Old are old friends who we regularly dance with.  We shall be dancing with them again in August (see below).
  • Amberley Jubilee Celebration GL5 5JG -Saturday 11th June 2022. It is always great to dance locally and maybe we have gathered some new recruits!
  • Dance out with Mendip Morris - Thursday 16th June 2022. This was at the Salutation Inn, Ham, Berkeley.  We suspected that it was the lure of the fine beers and cider at the Sally and not just our dancing and company that tempted Mendips over the border from Somerset.  We had a wonderful time and received some generous donations towards our chosen charity this year Gloucestershire Young Carers.
  • Great Western Morris 50th Birthday Weekend - Saturday 25th  and Sunday 26th June 2022.  This event was long awaited - it was originally scheduled for 2020.  We travelled south to celebrate with Great Western Morris, dancing over Dartmoor and Exeter!
  • Abingdon Hemmings Day of Dance - Saturday 2nd July 2022. CANCELLED Unfortunately, we shall not be dancing at the famous Abingdon Hemmings (full name Mr Hemmings Traditional Abingdon Morris Dancers) annual event. We still recommend it as a spectacle.
  • Dance out with Styx of Stroud - Thursday 7th July 2022 8.00pm. Styx are Stroud's famous and dramatic border Morris sideThis was at The Black Horse Inn, Amberley -  a pub with the most wonderful views from their west facing terrace. Styx were on fine form and the sunset was beautiful
