Covid 19
We are pleased to be back and practising weekly,
however we are mindful of keeping our members safe and have guidelines in place to manage this. If you wish to come along to a practise it is advisable that you contact us first so we
know to expect you.

Nailsworth Festival - Saturday 21st May 2022, 12.00 noon.
CANCELLED We were looking forward to dancing at the festival this year, however, due to Covid-19 infections we are unable to attend. The festival will still be
happening and well worth a visit.

Bampton Morris Day of Dance - Saturday 4th May
2022, 6.30pm at The Morris Clown. We had a wonderful evening with Bampton Morris. They had been dancing all day but still had
the energy for a few more dances with us. Thank you.

Dance out with Ragged & Old- Wednesday 8th June 2022
8pm. The Crown, Frampton Mansell. Ragged and Old are
old friends who we regularly dance with. We shall be dancing with them again in August (see below).

Amberley Jubilee Celebration GL5 5JG -Saturday 11th June 2022. It is always great to dance locally and maybe we have gathered some new recruits!

Dance out with Mendip Morris - Thursday 16th June 2022. This was at the
Salutation Inn, Ham, Berkeley. We suspected that it was the lure of the fine
beers and cider at the Sally and not just our dancing and company that tempted Mendips over the border from Somerset. We had a wonderful time and received some generous donations
towards our chosen charity this year Gloucestershire Young Carers.

Great Western Morris 50th Birthday Weekend - Saturday
25th and Sunday 26th June 2022. This event was long awaited - it was originally scheduled for 2020. We travelled south to celebrate with Great Western
Morris, dancing over Dartmoor and Exeter!

Abingdon Hemmings Day of Dance - Saturday 2nd July 2022. CANCELLED
Unfortunately, we shall not be dancing at the famous Abingdon Hemmings (full name Mr Hemmings Traditional Abingdon Morris Dancers) annual event. We still recommend
it as a spectacle.

Dance out with Styx of Stroud - Thursday 7th July 2022 8.00pm. Styx are
Stroud's famous and dramatic border Morris side. This was at The Black Horse Inn, Amberley - a pub with the most wonderful views from their west facing terrace. Styx were on fine form and the sunset
was beautiful

Dance out with Sabotage Clog - Monday 18th July 2022,
8.00pm
at the Ship Inn, Brimscombe Hill, Brimscombe, GL5 2QN.

Our official dancing season runs from May to September, but as you can see, we don't sit on our laurels! We recruit and practice all year round, so if you're interested in

We offer a fabulous opportunity for women of all ages to dust off their dancing shoes and have a go at our national dance. We promise fun, friendship and frolicks! No obligation
